Hello Brian,

I just had to write you a note to let you know how much I appreciate your program and how much it has meant to me.

The Contest and prizes will be awarded based on the following criteria:

1.     Before and after photo.
2.     Percentage change in total body weight.
3.     Percentage change in body fat.
4.     Percentage change in circumference measurements.
5.     Percentage change in number of pushups for 1-minute.
6.     Percentage change in time for the shuttle run (2 suicides).
7.     Percentage change in length of time holding the plank.

Each of those areas will be assigned points, the higher the percentage of positive change, the more points.

Beginning in week 3 (January 25th), a point will be given for everyone that fills out the online bodybugg nutrition software each week.  Since we've had a few people unable to attend the previous 2 scheduled nutrition workshop (a prerequisite for the bodybugg software), we're holding off until January 25th to start the nutrition log distribution of points.  The next workshop will be held this Saturday, January 23rd at 10am.  If you'd like to attend, please click here to register.
