Pay as you go personal training is $65 per session; if you add a spouse, child or
friend to your session the cost is significantly lower per person. ($90/session
or $45 per

How Do I Get Started?
It's easy! We'll
begin with a thorough consultation to review your health history and
needs, set goals and timelines, and establish your current fitness status
to give us a started point, and a detailed health and fitness analysis.
You'll be paired with the trainer of your
preference, and
create a schedule that accommodates
your lifestyle.
Then you'll join Brian at his
90-minute group
Foundational Workshop
to layout your path to optimal health
and fitness through eating the right foods, in the right quantities for
you. You'll also be given access to the revolutionary online bodybugg
nutrition software, which you'll use to track your dietary needs and
progress.
And finally, you'll meet with Gabe Hogue,
our Corrective Exercise Specialist, who will teach you proper form and
technique in an easy to follow approach. Using Gabe's system, you'll
start your training off on the right foot, and create muscle memory that
will serve you for a lifetime. Of course, your trainer will continue
to reinforce proper body mechanics throughout your sessions.
