Private personal training is $50 per session; if you add a spouse, child or

How Do I Get Started?
It's easy! We'll
begin with a thorough consultation to review your health history and
needs, set goals and timelines and establish your current fitness status
to give us a started point, and a detailed health and fitness analysis. We'll also create a schedule that
accommodates your lifestyle. The second step is a
90-minute group
Foundational Workshop with Brian Calkins called
"Clearing up the Myths: Sharing the Realities & Empowering You for
Success." The workshop lays the course for your path to optimal health
and fitness. You'll also have access to the revolutionary online bodybugg
nutrition software, which you'll use to track your dietary needs and
progress.
